汪飞--副教授

个人主页

汪飞博士从事微电子机械系统(MEMS)领域研究。过去工作主要集中在微型能量采集器;微型湿度传感器、气体传感器;半导体测试探针;光纤传感器;MEMS加工工艺开发等。研究开发的新型霍尔效应检测四探针已获得国际专利,并成功转让给一家丹麦公司实现产业化。2015年获得广东省杰出青年基金支持,入选了深圳市孔雀计划(B类)、广东省“特支计划”等。

研究简介

汪飞博士近年来重点关注微型能量采集技术及微型气体、湿度传感器研究,以期应用于无线无源的环境监测系统。目前课题组承担研究项目包括:
