陈晓龙--助理教授

个人主页

陈晓龙博士主要研究方向集中于新型二维纳米材料电子器件的设计、制备和物性测量。在超薄黑磷场效应晶体管和中红外光电探测、过渡金属硫化物和石墨烯量子电容器等研究方向取得开创性进展和突破。近年来在Nature communications, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Letter等著名杂志上发表论文27篇,期中第一作者15篇,JCR一区22篇。
