博士生导师、深圳市电力直驱技术重点实验室主任、国际电气电子工程师学会高级会员、广东省杰青、广东省科技创新青年拔尖人才、入选广东省高等院校优秀青年教师培养计划、深圳市孔雀计划海外高层次引进人才、深圳市南山领航人才。从事先进电磁能量转换技术、电动汽车与智能电网能量交互技术、新能源产业政策等方向的教学科研工作。已主持国家自然科学基金项目3项(其中两项获评为国家基金委优秀结题项目),参与中国工程院国家发展改革委员会联合重大战略咨询项目1项、国家科学技术部科技支撑计划项目1项。发表SCI收录论文45篇,EI收录论文52篇。出版学术专著2部、英文书章2篇。获授权PCT国际专利2项,美国专利2项、中国发明专利10余项
